Ib Löfgrén joined Boston Consulting Group in 2008. He is a member of BCG TURN, the firm’s corporate transformation and turnaround unit. Ib is also a core member of the Industrial Goods practice area, with a specific focus on engineered products, industrial services, and the process industry sector.

Ib has set up and led numerous holistic, large-scale transformation programs and operating model and organizational restructuring programs. He has a proven track record of achieving significant bottom-line impact and change for his clients.

Through his transformation work, Ib commands the in-depth knowledge and experience of BCG's full Rigorous Program Management (RPM) and reorganization toolbox . His clients represent a broad range of industrial segments and private equity investors. Ib also specializes in PMI, business transformations, and organizational restructurings. His M&A clients are most often focused on engineered products and components as well as construction.

While at BCG, Ib has worked out of the firm’s offices in Helsinki and Boston.
