Mary Martin leads Boston Consulting Group's North America Tech and Digital Advantage practice, where she spearheads bold plays across different BCG teams to harness the transformative powers of digital technology and AI (predictive and generative) in consumer and retail companies, with a focus on the restaurant and small-format retail sectors.
