Paul Clark is a core member of the Insurance and People & Organization practices at The Boston Consulting Group. His focus is on commercial insurance, transformation, and large-scale change.

Since joining BCG in 2004, Paul has focused on strategy, operating model design, digital, and transformation. Paul has extensive experience in life and commercial property and casualty insurance, and has also led large-scale change projects in the energy, banking, and media sectors.

Prior to joining BCG, Paul worked for the Financial Times Group in various roles, from strategic planning to product development. He was also commercial development director of the Financial Times' mutual fund rating business.
