Shervin Khodabandeh is a member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Financial Institutions and Technology Advantage practices. He leads big data and advanced analytics in North America, serving clients across the financial institutions, consumer, energy, and travel sectors.

Shervin joined BCG in 2014. He focuses on business transformation, growth, and profit improvement through application of big data and advanced analytics capabilities in marketing, risk, operations, and technology.

He has led conceptualization and deployment of numerous innovative solutions for some of the world's premier organizations in financial services, retail, consumer, telecommunications, and travel and tourism. He has more than 17 years’ experience in large-scale IT transformation.

He is also a member of BCG's GAMMA team, which creates competitive advantages for organizations by unleashing the power of signals hidden deep within large and complex data sets. BCG's GAMMA team conceptualizes, builds, and deploys advanced analytic solutions that can transform the trajectories of organizations in 12 to 24 months.

Before joining BCG, Shervin was executive vice president and global head of consulting at Opera Solutions, where he led a multidisciplinary organization—business, analytics, and technology—of 350 people across the US, Europe, India, and China.
