Pepe Rodriguez is a core member of the Health Care and Operations practice areas at Boston Consulting Group. He leads the Digital Supply Chain topic for BCG globally. Pepe focuses his work on supply chain operations and transformation and works primarily with pharmaceutical and medical devices companies. He is also an expert in digital supply chain and advanced analytics for operations, having worked closely with BCG’s GAMMA team and supported teams across industries (consumer goods, industrial goods, and technology). Earlier in his career Pepe advised health care companies broadly on strategy, sales and marketing, and PMI. He worked for one year in BCG's Paris office.
Prior to joining BCG, Pepe worked for Tecnológico de Monterrey, a leading university in Mexico, where he was part of the university's internal consulting group leading strategy and operations projects both in education and health care.
