Rajiv Gupta is a technology expert at Boston Consulting Group. He leads the firm's Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice for Asia Pacific, serving some of the world’s leading technology firms (services, products, hyperscalers, and startups). In addition, he helps global enterprise firms optimize their technology footprint, and leads the Global Business Services (GBS) segment, helping clients with their operating model, talent, shoring, and sourcing footprint. Rajiv helped incubate and grow the firm's Tech & Digital Advantage (TDA) practice and BCG Platinion, and continues to play a key role in bringing cutting-edge technology, data, and AI solutions to clients across industries.

Previously, Rajiv led DigitalBCG for India and was part of the Asia Pacific Steering Group, driving the growth of digital in India and the region, including steering talent strategy, setting up the immersion center in Gurgaon, and creating partnerships and alliances and go-to-market for key digital offerings. He also helped set up BCG Platinion and the TDA practice for India. He has worked for over 28 years as a consultant, helping clients in the UK, the US, Western Europe, Africa, Asia Pacific, and India.

Prior to joining BCG, Rajiv worked at Accenture UK and briefly with GE and KPMG.
