Henry Leon is a leading member of the Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice for Boston Consulting Group and BCG X. His focus is on applying AI and digital transformation to drive business growth and value creation for his clients across industries.

Henry specializes in end-to-end AI-enabled transformation, helping organizations translate digital and AI capabilities into measurable business impact. He has led multiple large-scale programs delivering significant EBITDA improvement through operating model redesign, adoption at scale, and embedding data and AI into core commercial and operational processes.

He has worked with leading consumer, retail, health care, and financial services companies, as well as private equity investors, to drive large-scale transformation and value creation.

Prior to joining BCG, Henry held senior commercial and marketing roles at consumer products giant L’Oréal for almost a decade, with full operational responsibility and global innovation leadership across major brands.
