Jürgen Lücke leads Boston Consulting Group’s Health Care practice in Central Europe and the Middle East. He previously led the Health Care practice in the US, where he worked for more than a decade. He is a core member of BCG’s Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice.
Since joining BCG in 1996, Jürgen has engaged extensively with biopharma, consumer health, medtech, and animal health companies around the world on issues related to product and service commercialization, organization design and effectiveness, operating model redesign, new go-to-market approaches, and new business models. He has also led numerous large-scale transformations.
Before joining BCG, Jürgen worked for the Institute of Jet Propulsion and Turbomachinery at RWTH Aachen University, where he earned his doctorate degree in aeronautics and astronautics.
