Louis Watt is a senior member of Boston Consulting Group’s Public Sector practice in London. He has significant experience in strategy and transformation across a wide range of public sector departments and agencies in the UK and internationally. His expertise includes strategy development, complex change, organizational redesign, and capability building.

Louis has deep expertise in socioeconomic development topics at the national, regional, and city levels. He helps lead BCG's global socioeconomic development efforts, and sponsors of BCG’s Centre for Growth, which aims to drive sustainable and inclusive economic growth in the UK by working with business, government, and wider society to deliver breakthrough outcomes.

He also co-leads BCG's work in defense and security, working with clients in the UK on topics including asset availability/readiness, industrial strategy, climate and sustainability, and workforce capability development.

Prior to joining BCG, Louis worked as a policy advisor to Lord Ara Darzi, former British Under-Secretary of State for Health. He is also passionate about the performing arts, and was a co-founder of the internationally renowned Aurora Orchestra.
