Vassilis Antoniades joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2003. He is the regional leader of the firm’s Financial Institutions practice in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and South Africa. He is also a core member of BCG’s People & Organization and Corporate Development practices. He focuses on retail and wholesale banking, is a topic expert in risk management, and is actively involved in recruiting, peer career development, and marketing.

Vassilis has participated in building up BCG in Greece since early 2003 and has led a number of key assignments in the region.

Before joining BCG, Vassilis was a financial analyst with Merrill Lynch in New York, engaging in IPO and M&A activity in North America. He is a board member of the Bodossaki Foundation, The Harvard Business School Club of Greece and the Board of Advisors of Athens School of Business and Economics.
