Erin George is the Managing Partner for the Boston Consulting Group Dallas Office. She works in the Consumer, and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices. Erin specializes in holistic retail transformations including consumer insights, branding strategy and positioning, customer experience, change management, and cost optimization. She is also BCG's global lead for cost optimization in retail and sits on BCG's North America Leadership Team.
Erin has assisted clients in a wide range of industries, including specialty and luxury retail, department stores, restaurants, and grocery and convenience retailers. She works with C-suite executives and their leadership teams on competitive and growth strategies, go-to-market and branding strategies, organization design, cost optimization, and change management. Erin also has extensive private equity experience, and has assisted clients in conducting portfolio reviews, due diligence, and transformations.
Erin joined BCG in 2006 and has worked as a consultant since 2000. She serves on the Board of Directors for several organizations: Girls Inc. of Metropolitan Dallas, United Way of Metropolitan Dallas Foundation and the Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce. Erin is also a member of YPO, North Texas Chapter and the International Women’s Forum. Prior to joining BCG, she worked with The Monitor Group in Los Angeles.
