Esben Hegnsholt leads Boston Consulting Group's Energy practice in the Nordics. He co-leads BCG’s Global Energy Transition team, serving utilities, resource and technology companies on renewables and sustainability. Esben is also a member of the Center for Climate Action where he specializes in climate and sustainability.
Esben has experience in strategy setting and strategic and business planning. He has worked on projects involving business transformation, strategy and growth, and corporate transactions. He is experienced in energy on a global level, including the Middle East, Asia, Australia, Northern Europe and the US.
