Jessica Frame is the managing partner of Boston Consulting Group’s London office. She is also a core member of the Consumer practice and brings a customer-centric view to a broad range of retail and consumer topics.

Jessica has built and led the customer strategy function for a major UK retailer, executing proposition, category, channel, and format initiatives across the business. She is experienced in optimization of customer value stack across price, promotions, and loyalty mechanics; commercial range reset; supply chain optimization; customer proposition innovation; digital transformation; organizational restructuring both centrally and at the site level; and many more topics.

Prior to joining the firm, Jessica led two multisite retail businesses as MD/CEO: The Vet, a PE-backed chain of veterinary clinics and NutriCentre, an omnichannel natural health and beauty retailer. She was also a marketing director at Tesco in UK, responsible for customer proposition development, future trends and innovation, and customer investments in pricing and promotions.

Before her work in the retail industry, Jessica spent almost ten years at BCG in the New York and London offices, supporting retail, consumer, and health care clients across the US and Europe.
