Lamberto Biscarini joined Boston Consulting Group in 1996. He is the Italy, Turkey, and Greece leader for BCG’s Consumer practice and has led several strategy and organizational cases across a variety of sectors, with a particular focus on consumer goods, retail, and media.

Within the Consumer practice, Lamberto has international experience in portfolio strategy, pricing and revenue management, branding, marketing, and go-to-market strategy. He has also been involved in projects covering the optimization of trade terms  and the reengineering of trade management and business processes.

In the retail sector, Lamberto manages an important relationship with a major multinational player, having continuously supported this client through several acquisitions over the last eight years.

Before joining BCG, Lamberto was a product manager and expert in consumer research at Procter & Gamble. He is a featured speaker at the CAPA 2015 Airlines in Transition CEO Gathering.
