Minjee Kim is a core member of the Industrial Goods and Corporate Finance & Strategy practices at Boston Consulting Group. Minjee serves as the Women@BCG node and Social Impact node for Korea.
Minjee specializes in corporate and portfolio strategy, operational transformation, new business development, and digital and agile transformation.
Since joining BCG in 2005, Minjee has worked on and led a significant number of business strategy and operational excellence engagements. She is an expert in EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction), machines and robotics, and new and renewable energy. Her recent areas of focus include digital-enabled business innovation and digital and agile transformation for industrial goods companies. She is a certified Scrum Master and has led over ten scrum teams.
Before coming to work at the firm, Minjee worked at Goldman Sachs as a Summer Associate, in the investment banking division.
