Fanny Potier-Koninckx is a senior expert within the People & Organization practice at Boston Consulting Group. She serves as a director of BCG's people leadership and executive coaching offering.

Over the course of her career, Fanny has advised many Fortune 500 companies on how to create a lasting people advantage and lead in their markets. She has been part of over 200 large-scale transformations and has significant experience in post-merger integration. Fanny works in a broad variety of industries.

In addition, Fanny has over 20 years of experience developing and coaching senior leaders. As a coach, she works with senior leaders on building and leading high-performing teams, stakeholder management, strategy and vision setting, effective problem solving, influence/communication, and navigating and mobilizing organizations through large-scale change.

Fanny is committed to helping her clients deliver strategic change and achieve sustained and meaningful shifts in both behaviors and mindsets. She has attended multiple leadership and negotiation executives programs at Harvard Business School (most recently, "Competing in the age of AI"). She is certified as a non-Executive Board Member by ESSEC, an ICF Coach (ACC/PCC and coaching with the arts, 2020, certified for OPQ32--CEB), and in IDEO Design Thinking 2023.
