Dirk-Maarten Molenaar joined Boston Consulting Group in 2000. He is a dedicated member of BCG's travel and tourism sector; a member of the global leadership team for the firm's travel and tourism sector; and global topic leader for airline operations and airline organizations. Dirk-Maarten also serves as the office leader of the Amsterdam office.

Dirk-Maarten has supported airlines in these fields, as well as in strategy and transformations, across the globe and for all three major alliances. In addition, he has deep expertise in air cargo. While building our competence center in airline operations, Dirk-Maarten established BCG’s partnership with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines to jointly offer digital solutions to other airlines—an innovative new business model that was launched at the IATA conference in Sydney in June 2019.

He is responsible for recruiting at BCG Amsterdam and was previously a member of the Career Development Committee for the Amsterdam office.

Dirk-Maarten is married to his wife Olga, has three children, and a dog named Jet.
