Emanuele Costa came to Boston Consulting Group in 2003. He is a core member of the firm’s Insurance practice. He has worked on both Italian and international cases, mainly in BCG’s Financial Services and Insurance practices.
Emanuele has broad experience in corporate growth strategies, organization, and restructuring plans, often working with leading multinational financial groups.
At BCG, Emanuele tends to focus on insurance, including claims, commercial insurance, reinsurance, direct insurance, and “bancassurance,” as well as on banking, including credit cards, payment systems, retail banking, and consumer finance. He has also recently worked on organizational and governance matters, closely cooperating with the People & Organization practice, and on digital opportunity for insurers.
Before joining BCG, Emanuele was an analyst for the Italian development team of a large US power utility. He also completed an internship at a producer of high-end computers in Orlando, Florida.
