As a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Consumer practice, Maggie Orr leads the firm's work in retail operations worldwide. Within retail operations, her focus is on labor optimization and process redesign. In addition, she leads the firm's efforts on AI capabilities in retail operations including forecasting, scheduling, and workforce management. Maggie has led many large-scale transformations to drive profitability, especially focused on operations levers including sourcing, simplification, and labor optimization. She has worked with a variety of consumer clients, including in specialty, drug, discount, and grocery. She is the office lead for the firm's Boston office.
