Nico Geisel is a partner at BCG X, the firm's tech-build and design business unit specializing in advanced analytics and data science.

Nico joined the firm in 2012 and since then has been a member of the firm's Industrial Goods (IG) practice, dealing primarily with automotive clients. Nico is an expert in advanced analytics and data science and has led multiple AI transformation journeys for some of BCG's largest clients, delivering end-to-end AI solutions.

Nico is member of the leadership team of BCG's global AutoAI initiative, leading a unique team of designated automotive and AI experts. His recent client work focused on the design, development and implementation of AI solutions primarily in sales and aftersales.
