Vaishali Rastogi is the head of Boston Consulting Group in Southeast Asia and is the leader for the Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice in Asia-Pacific. Vaishali also leads BCG's Center for Customer Insight for Southeast Asia, which develops proprietary insights, data, and methodologies for understanding consumers in SEA. She previously served as a member of BCG's Executive Committee.

Since joining BCG in 1997, she has worked in the firm's Singapore and India offices and gained 20 years of experience in the emerging markets consumer industry, as well as in go-to-market strategies and execution.

In her client work, Vaishali has led assignments covering strategy, business development in the new digital space, and large-scale transformations. She is experienced in segmentation, retail excellence, marketing effectiveness, and organization.
