Xavier Genis is a core member of the Energy and Financial Institution practices at Boston Consulting Group and is focused on serving clients in the power and gas, banking, and asset management industries. He is the Spanish-speaking South America node for the Corporate Finance & Strategy practice and currently serves as recruiting leader for Spanish-speaking South America.

Since joining BCG in 2006 in Barcelona, Xavier has worked extensively with energy and financial services clients in a wide variety of strategic and transformational projects including corporate strategy, corporate development and M&A, digital, and business transformation. Throughout his career at BCG, Xavier has served clients across different geographies in Europe, North America, and Latin America.

During his MBA, Xavier worked with Endeavor to support the high-impact entrepreneurship movement in Latin America.
