Frank Felden is a member of the Center for Digital Government at Boston Consulting Group, as well as a core member of the firm’s Technology Advantage; Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT); and Public Sector practices. He is a member of the Technology Advantage practice's global leadership team and is the firm’s worldwide leader for technology advantage in TMT. He is also people head of the Central Europe and Middle East Technology Advantage office.

Since Frank joined BCG in 1997, much of his work has focused on treating IT strategy as a critical component of business strategy. He has significant experience in designing and managing large IT transformations and has worked extensively with clients in the TMT and public-sector spaces.

Before joining BCG, Frank worked in the R/3 business unit of Siemens Nixdorf Informationssysteme.
