BCG in Chicago

BCG’s Chicago office opened in 1979. Over the past three decades, it has emerged as one of the largest, most diverse, most influential offices in the firm. The reason? Our people. Every year we invite a select group of highly talented people to walk through our doors as BCG associates and consultants. As one of these individuals, you will begin a journey of professional and personal enrichment with a company that supports your continuous growth. Your projects will be challenging. Your efforts will deliver results for your clients. Your colleagues will inspire. Your voice will be heard.

Who We Work With

Most of the Chicago office’s clients have partnered with BCG for more than five years—powerful evidence of the value we deliver. Our office is recognized for its diverse and balanced mix of business, which spans nearly all of the firm’s practice areas. We have a broad client base located in and around Chicago, so many of our consultants work locally. Others take advantage of BCG’s global footprint, choosing international projects and worldwide mobility programs. In short, members of BCG in Chicago find tremendous opportunities to chart their own course.

Our Office Culture

BCG in Chicago continues to foster the entrepreneurial and creative spirit at the heart of the firm’s culture. Our office environment is informal, highly collegial, and egalitarian. Through collaboration and constructive debate, we draw on our diverse backgrounds to deliver superior results.

A broad array of social activities helps us build strong teams and personal connections. Recently we have hosted intramural sports, wine tasting, family outings, staff lunches, and our annual community service day. Staff in the Chicago office also play an active role as board members or volunteers with over 60 nonprofits, and we are continuing placement in a variety of organizations.
