Erin George is a core member of the Marketing, Sales & Pricing and Consumer practices at Boston Consulting Group. She coleads BCG's global work in Demand Centric Growth, a proprietary approach to driving market-leading growth for clients, and she leads Women@BCG in Texas.
Since joining BCG in 2006, Erin has worked with clients across a wide range of industries, including travel and tourism, hospitality, specialty and luxury retail, restaurants, grocery and convenience retailers, and consumer packaged goods. She also has extensive private equity experience, having assisted clients in conducting portfolio reviews, due diligence, and detailed business case developments.
A trusted advisor to C-suite executives and their leadership teams, Erin provides counsel on a broad range of topics, from go-to-market and branding strategies to organization design and change management.
Prior to joining BCG, Erin was a project leader with the Monitor Group.
