Andrew Arcuri is a member of the Center for Digital Government at Boston Consulting Group. He is head of the firm’s Technology & Digital Advantage practice in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), as well as BCG Platinion for the ANZ region. Andrew has led or worked on a large number of projects involving digital transformations, ERP transformation, core system modernization, technology transformations, technology operating models and technology strategy.

Andrew is the firm's Asia Pacific lead for core systems modernization and ERP transformation topics. In addition, Andrew leads the firm’s World Class Technology Function work across Asia Pacific, and, as such, is responsible for helping clients and their CIO’s transform their technology functions to better meet the demands of ambitious digital transformation across all industries.

He has helped clients deliver new digital capabilities and digital transformations in the private sector (including in financial services, mining, and telecommunications), and in the public sector, (including national security, immigration, defense, and social services). He has worked with a number of agencies, including the Australian Department of Defence, Services Australia, the Department of Home Affairs, and Australia’s National Disability Insurance Agency.

Prior to joining BCG in 2007, Andrew was the Managing Director of EDU Technology Solutions, a managed technology services provider for the education sector and ecommerce solution developer and vendor.
