Jennifer Bratton is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Operations and People & Organization practices. Jen is one of six global Ombudspersons at the firm, part of a team providing a trusted and objective channel for staff to raise concerns. She also represents BCG’s North America Region as an elected member of the Partnership Committee.

Since joining BCG in 2002, Jen has acquired deep knowledge and experience advising clients across a number of industries, including consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, medtech, and industrial goods.

Jen cares about ensuring successful transformation for her clients—getting to know how they think and what matters to them, and developing customized operations solutions that fit the client culture and are practical to the business question at hand.

Before joining BCG, she worked for Enron.

Jen is an integral part of the firm's Operations Center in Chicago, one of ten global operations centers that serve as hubs for comprehensive operations support and offer tailored, fully integrated solutions to optimize operations for long-term success.
