Szoa Geng joined the New Jersey office of Boston Consulting Group in October 2015. She is a core member of the firm’s Health Care practice. Szoa has worked extensively with academic health centers, cancer centers, integrated and regional health systems, and national and regional payers across the country.

She is an expert on care delivery strategy and clinical operations topics, with particular specialization in large health systems and academic medical centers – with a special focus on oncology, clinical research integration, physician economics and alignment, and care management and payer "middle office." In addition to her client work, Szoa is active in the firm’s Asian Diversity Network and is a West Coast Onboarding Facilitator and Seattle Summer Mentor.

Prior to joining BCG, Szoa worked for Strategy& (Booz & Company) in New York. During her time there, she spent a year on secondment with the Visiting Nurse Service of New York, one of New York’s largest home health and hospice agencies as Director of Finance, Strategic Planning, and Analytics for the hospice business.
