François Stragier is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Technology Advantage, Financial Institutions, and Operations practices. 

He advises C-suite-level executives on how to leverage digital technologies and ways of working to enable their companies to grow and become more agile and efficient. He works across industries on digital transformation projects. 

François has deep experience in transformation of support functions (IT, finance, procurement, HR), from defining a new vision in a digital world to executing the vision and transforming support functions to become more agile and user-centric, optimize operations, and recover at-risk projects. 

Before joining BCG in 2011, François worked as an associate partner at Kurt Salmon, where he led the outsourcing and offshoring advisory activity and was a core member of the CIO advisory practice. Before switching to consulting, he was an IT manager at a leading corporate and investment bank.
