Gwenhaël Le Boulay is a core member of the Financial Institutions (FI) and Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) practices at Boston Consulting Group. He supports banks and investment companies across Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Americas. He leads BCG's unit serving family offices and private principal investors.
Since joining BCG in 1999, Gwenhaël has partnered with both large and small institutions across portfolio strategy, capital allocation, target operating models, and AI to define new strategic directions and create impact. He has also supported a large number of corporate finance transactions, pre- and post-acquisition. Over the years, he has also worked directly with family owners and investors around the globe.
Gwenhaël previously chaired the board of Expand, BCG's subsidiary dedicated to data intelligence and benchmarking.
