Martin Lüers is a member of the Industrial Goods and Technology Advantage practices at Boston Consulting Group and a member of the leadership team for machinery and automation. He leads climate action efforts within BCG’s machinery work.

Martin works for engineered products and infrastructure clients around the globe and is especially active in machinery and automation work. He also serves principal investors in these industries.

His work encompasses portfolio strategies and sales strategies. He is an expert in IoT-based business model transformations as well as investment plans, target screenings, due diligences, and large-scale transformations.

Martin previously worked as a project manager for Siemens AG, as a Manager for L.E.K. Consulting, and as a Principal for Roland Berger.
