Adam Goldberg is a member of the Consumer practice at Boston Consulting Group and helps lead the firm’s work in the Travel & Tourism, focusing on serving hotel, cruise, theme park, casino, and sports business clients.

His client engagements have covered brand and portfolio growth strategy for a global hotel company; a workforce management program for a global operator of hotels, casinos, and sports stadiums; revenue management improvement for a theme park operator; M&A diligence and marine operations improvement for an international cruise line; and customer insights and growth strategy for a Vietnamese hotelier. Adam’s work in the Consumer practice has also covered retail and consumer durables clients, leading cases focused on growth strategy.

Prior to joining BCG, Adam worked in brand strategy for Starwood Hotels. He also worked for Deloitte Consulting, advising clients in the hospitality, retail banking, and automotive industries.
