Asaf Eliakim has worked primarily in the Operations and Financial Institutions practices at The Boston Consulting Group.

His work with clients has included creating a go-to-market advantage (GTMA) strategy for an automotive supplier; developing and implementing a standardized scheduling system for managing equipment and parts; creating a supply chain and inventory management strategy for a leading tire manufacturer; and leading cost-reduction initiatives across the entire cost base of a leading Israeli shipping company.

It has also included developing and implementing a new operating model for one of the largest retail banks in Israel; designing and implementing new credit centers for a retail bank; developing and implementing a customer strategy for a car distributor; and designing a back-office centralization for insurance company.

Before joining BCG, Asaf worked as a vice president of business development for Felix, an Israeli automobile distributor and service provider. He also spent eight years in the Israeli Army.
