Hean-Ho Loh is a founding global co-lead for BCG U, a Boston Consulting Group practice dedicated to helping clients unlock impact from accelerated capability development at scale across public and private organizations, as well as citizens at large. This includes providing high-demand digital skills that address a fundamental demand/supply mismatch at the enterprise and national levels as well as critical capabilities needed to fully unlock the benefits of large transformation programs.

Previously, Hean-Ho held various roles, including the Southeast Asia system lead of BCG X AI & Software, global lead for transportation infrastructure and airports, and Asia Pacific regional lead for travel and tourism. He has also held the roles of Southeast Asia people chair and office head for Kuala Lumpur.

Prior to joining BCG, Hean-Ho spent 16 years in the tech industry. At Cisco Systems and HP, he performed multiple leadership roles in mission-critical system development, product development, and technical marketing. Before that he researched and developed facial image recognition applications using neural network algorithm at the Singapore Agency for Science, Technology & Research. During the early ‘90s, Hean-Ho founded and ran Asia Cybermart, an e-commerce website specializing in sports merchandise.
