Diana Dimitrova joined Boston Consulting Group in 2007. She leads BCG’s UK work in the aerospace and defense sector. Diana works with leading prime contractors and suppliers across the UK and Europe to address strategic and operational challenges critical to the region’s defense ramp-up.
Her work covers industrial strategy, capability development, supply chain resilience, and at-scale performance improvement. She has advised clients on end-to-end transformation and the design of future-ready operating models. In addition, Diana supports clients on their climate journeys, with a particular focus on Scope 3 emissions.
Diana previously worked in the firm’s Toronto, Melbourne, Sydney, and Johannesburg offices. Before joining BCG, she worked on foreign direct investment legislation, contracts, and negotiations for the National Investment Commission of Liberia, in the hedge fund division of Merrill Lynch, and in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs.
