Thomas Krüger joined Boston Consulting Group in 2003 and is a member of the firm's Technology Advantage (TA) and Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practices. Tom is an expert in IT strategy and architecture, digital/IT transformations, IT sourcing, IT performance and optimization, and ICT (information and communication technology) markets/service delivery. He has worked with telco operators, media companies, financial institutions, public sector organizations, ICT services providers, and a wide range of international corporations.
Tom is chairman of the Network & IT Transformation Working Group (formerly Enterprise Architecture WG) of ETIS and is responsible for the yearly TeBIT benchmarking with ETIS. He is also part of BCG’s Technology Advantage Sourcing Leadership Team.
Prior to joining BCG, Tom worked as a research assistant and chief engineer at RWTH Aachen University for the Chair of Technical Computer Science.
