Allard Creyghton joined The Boston Consulting Group in January 1994. He is a core member of the Financial Institutions and Health Care practices, focusing on large-scale transformations and organizational effectiveness. He leads BCG's work focused on high-performance organizations, alternative channels, and sales force effectiveness—among other topics. From 2011 through 2014, Allard was the managing partner leading BCG's San Francisco office. Since December 2015, Allard has served as the managing partner of the Amsterdam office.
Allard has a broad experience in multinationals globally, having worked on projects in Europe, the US, and Asia. Through his client work, Allard has developed expertise in areas from strategy development to full transformation programs, including the transformation of a major European retail bank, retail growth strategy for an Asian bank, new banking models for retail customers in Europe, and the mobile banking strategy for a global telecommunications company. Furthermore, he has deep expertise in the medical technology and the lighting industries.
Along with his work in health care and financial services, Allard has many years of experience in strategy development and operational optimization for telecommunications operators and other technology companies.
