Grant McCabe leads Boston Consulting Group’s Melbourne office and the Industrial Goods practice in Australia and New Zealand. He is a member of the firm’s People & Organization practice, with particular expertise in leadership development. He is also a core member of BCG’s Center for Digital in Industrials and a member of BCG's Digital@IG cadre, a worldwide team of senior practitioners that focuses on technology-led transformation of industrial goods companies.
Since joining the firm in 2002, Grant has supported industrial companies in Australia, Asia, North America, and Mexico. In recent years, his focus has been on clients in the metals and mining, agribusiness, and postal sectors.
Before joining BCG, Grant worked in the automotive and aerospace industries in a variety of engineering-related leadership roles.
