Since joining BCG in 2001, Pierre has worked extensively on supply chain strategy, design, and transformation. He has led numerous supply chain performance improvement and transformation efforts in conjunction with postmerger integrations.
Pierre has also headed a wide range of projects on strategy development and implementation, as well as operational transformation for leading multinationals and retailers across sectors in Europe, North and South America, and Asia. His experience includes engagements related to acquisition and portfolio strategy, due diligence, go-to-market and channel strategies, and sales force effectiveness.
Pierre is also an integral part of the firm's Operations Center in London, one of ten global operations centers that serve as hubs for comprehensive operations support and offer tailored, fully integrated solutions to optimize operations for long-term success.
Pierre holds the American Production and Inventory Control Society’s certificate in supply chain management. Before joining BCG, he worked with Mitchell Madison Group and Deloitte Consulting.
