Benjamin Rehberg is the global offer leader for Boston Consulting Group's Technology & Digital Advantage practice, and is a member of the global leadership teams of the Technology & Digital Advantage and People & Organization practices. He was formerly leader of the Technology Advantage practice for North America.

Benjamin focuses primarily on the financial services sector, including banking, insurance, and payments, on multiple digital, technology, and operational issues. In addition, he works on technology topics in automotive.

He is an expert on AI and GenAI and platform operating models, as well as digital and technology transformation, broader technology, agile, and organization and governance related topics.

Prior to his current role, Benjamin was global co-lead for BCG's agile transformation business. He also has co-authored numerous articles about GenAI, digital and technology transformation, platform operating model and agility. Before joining BCG, Benjamin worked as a consultant with IBM Global Services in Germany.
