Nadjia Yousif is a core member of the Technology Advantage and Financial Institutions practice areas at The Boston Consulting Group. Her work focuses on technology-enabled strategy, organisation, and change management for the banking, payments, and insurance sectors. Nadjia has deep experience supporting clients as they assess the business value and operating model implications of emerging technologies and trends such as advanced analytics, RPA, distributed ledgers, and open architecture. Nadjia is a lead with the BCG cross-industry topic team on Blockchain, and part of the core global team on advanced analytics for Financial Institutions. She is also the head of Diversity & Inclusion for BCG in the UK, and a passionate advocate for diversity in the workplace.

Nadjia joined BCG in 2004 in US, and re-joined the firm in 2009 in London. She also worked for several years at UBS Wealth Management in New York.
