Henry Leon is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice. He specializes in leveraging advanced analytics and marketing technology as a driver of business strategy and consumer experiences. He works with clients in many industries—including consumer goods, health, automotive, financial services, and private equity—and with many brands and their partners. 

Henry is also a core member BCG's Digital Marketing Accelerator, working on data-driven marketing topics. Henry contributes regularly to thought leadership and marketing events. He acts as an advisor to startups on marketing strategy, organization, and execution; and works as a mentor to VC-funded startups. 

Prior to joining BCG, Henry held strategy, marketing, and sales roles at L’Oréal for almost a decade, covering major markets across Europe and North America.
