Regina Tsai joined Boston Consulting Group in 2007. She is a core member of the People & Organization practice (POP) and a member of the Asia Pacific leadership team for People Strategy. She also manages BCG China Academy, and is a core member of the global Leadership and Talent Enablement Center. 

Regina helps clients in Greater China take advantage of talent from leadership and talent strategy to behavioral and culture change. She is experienced in coaching and enabling clients’ top team to ensure results. She has expertise in POP topics and methods, including leadership model design, leadership succession and people assessment, leadership enablement, and purpose-driven and capability-led organization transformation. She also has experience with multiple POP topics such as governance and org design, digital supporting function, and HR transformation. 

Regina is the co-creator of BCG’s latest Jazz Leadership model, co-author of multiple BCG reports and white papers, and appears as a guest speaker at industry and corporate conferences including Google Partner Summit. 

Before joining the firm, Regina worked at L'Oreal in Taipei and Air Liquide in Paris.
