In an effort to understand and support MSMEs, the backbone of Indonesia’s economy, Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and Indonesia’s Financial Services Authority, Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), have undertaken a comprehensive study of the direct and underlying impact of COVID-19 on MSMEs. The study dives into some critical challenges facing MSMEs and highlights key areas of intervention in order to support them through this challenging period.
