Davids Tjhin joined Boston Consulting Group in 2003. He established BCG GAMMA (the firm's advanced analytics and artificial intelligence unit) in Southeast Asia. He currently holds numerous Asia Pacific leadership positions in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications and Corporate Finance & Strategy practices.
Davids works with and advises governments, and state-owned and private enterprises to set aspirational strategy to innovate and reformulate the business model, and to create impact through quality implementation.
Outside of BCG, Davids serves as a mentor at Endeavor—a nonprofit organization with the objective of selecting, mentoring, and accelerating high impact entrepreneurs. He has lived and worked in Indonesia, the US, Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam, and Malaysia. Davids is deeply invested in the career progress of those staffed on his teams and is consistently rated one of the best people developers in BCG Southeast Asia.
