Saibal Chakraborty is a member of the Center for Digital Government at Boston Consulting Group. He is a core member of the firm's Public Sector, and Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practices, and co-leader of the firm’s Technology Advantage practice in India.

Saibal has advised private and public sector organizations for over 18 years across Europe, the US, Asia, and Africa. His expertise includes strategy and operating model transformations for technology and IT services clients, digital and IT strategy, sourcing, cost optimization, shared services transformations, and post-merger integrations. He has end-to-end experience in large digital transformations from strategy and design to implementation, enablement, and business value realization.

Prior to joining BCG, Saibal spent ten years at Booz & Company (formerly Booz Allen Hamilton) serving the technology agenda of large financial services, energy, and public sector clients, mostly in Europe. Prior to Booz & Company, Saibal worked in software engineering at IBM, Lockheed Martin, and e-commerce startups—mostly in the US.
