Anthony Roediger is Managing Partner of Boston Consulting Group in Australia and New Zealand, and a member of BCG’s Center for Digital Government.

Since joining BCG in 2000, Anthony has worked in many different areas across the private and public sectors, including infrastructure, transportation, energy, media and communications, education, health, social services, housing, and government financing and resourcing. He is a topic expert on strategy and governance, new business models, organization, large-scale change, and program management.

Anthony has also partnered with numerous clients to address issues related to strategy, market design, and driving "step-change" operational improvement. He has worked with major corporations in Australia and Europe, including their businesses in Asia, and with governments and other publicly oriented institutions in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, the Middle East, and the UK. At different times he has headed BCG’s Public Sector Practice in Asia-Pacific, and led BCG’s people development and HR function across Asia.

Anthony has also been involved with BCG's work supporting Indigenous development in Australia for more than 15 years and he sits on the Board of Jawun, and BCG's global Social Impact leadership team.

In addition, he is a member of BCG’s People & Organization practice, and part of BCG's global change management group, and global enablement and skills transfer group. Prior to joining BCG, Anthony worked as a corporate lawyer with Minter Ellison in Melbourne and London.
