Joerg Hildebrandt is leading of The Boston Consulting Group’s operations in the Middle East and is a core member of BCG's Public Sector and Technology, Media, and Telecoms practices.

Since joining BCG in 2010, Joerg has worked extensively with clients in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia on projects related to strategy, marketing, organization design, and corporate governance. He is also a senior advisor to numerous executives, and board members.

In the Middle East, Joerg has helped large corporations and public-sector entities successfully transform their core processes and support functions, and he has advised many telecom and media companies on building their core and new digital business further. He has also supported many organizations in the non-profit sector, working with a wide range of NGOs and foundations on strategy definition and execution programs.

Joerg is a co-author of the book Value-Based Performance Management, which explores how to increase shareholder value through the use of a strategic KPI system. Before joining BCG, he was the managing partner of Oliver Wyman in the Middle East.
