Ben is an expert on government and policy trends relating to health care funding and service delivery.

Ben first worked for BCG between 1993 and 2004, in both the Sydney and Chicago offices, on a range of sectors including agribusiness, airlines, mining, and financial services, with a focus on using consumer insights to align service delivery processes and operations. After leaving BCG, Ben was a senior public servant in NSW Australia, where his roles included establishing and leading the NSW Premier's Delivery Unit. He subsequently worked as head of Marketing and Policy for a clean energy startup and as CEO of the National Home Doctor Service, an after-hours primary health care company.
