As a core member of the Public Sector and Industrial Goods practices, Annika Zawadzki leads Boston Consulting Group’s work in roads and airports, as well as sustainability and climate—all within global infrastructure, transport, and cities (ITC). In addition to ITC, Annika has in-depth experience in defense and security.

Annika works with public sector and industrial goods clients on projects relating to strategy and implementation, institutional build up, and transformation, as well as procurement. She is also an expert for the firm's climate risk, adaptation, and resilience work in the private sector. In addition, she helps clients drive their sustainability and climate as well as their diversity, equity, and inclusion agenda.

Annika is also the Central Europe, Middle East, and Africa lead for Pride@BCG. Annika has been recognized for her work within BCG and beyond. She has been featured for a number of years on the OUTstanding LGBT+ Executives and future leaders list as well as Germany’s Top 100 Out Executives.

Prior to joining BCG, Annika worked as a Senior Project Leader at Roland Berger for eight years.
